Today we were watching Steps 4 Kids to Draw which is a DVD I am reviewing. We decided to start with drawing something simple, so we chose the Shapes Section. This DVD seems very educational; stay tuned for the review later this week or early next week. As I didn't have anything specific I wanted to do for a muffin tin today I decided we would focus on shapes, specifically the shapes the girls were taught to draw watching this DVD.
Circle Mimi O's
Granola bars cut into squares
Beet and pickle triangles
Pear half cut into a diamond (rhombus)
Spam heart
Cheddar cheese cubes
Star bread and butter
Funny thing about the pickles. I was planning on cutting them into circular slices. When I sliced them I realized they resembled triangles more than circles.
